1. What is a Virtual Assistant? 

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a remote professional who provides administrative, technical, or creative support to clients.

2. What services does KST offer?

KST can handle a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
     Email Newsletter creation
     Scheduling/appointment setting and calendar management
     Social media posting
     Data entry
     Customer support
     Research Content creation
     Editing and proof reading

3. How do I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?

As a client of KST you can communicate with your VA via email, phone, or Zoom

4. How do I get started with KST?

The first step is to book an appointment (typically a Zoom) with Kat. You can do so here.
On the Zoom you will:
     Define your needs and tasks you want to outsource
     Determine a start date to begin services
     Define expectations/goals of services (weekly or monthly)
     Define schedule for tasks and the expectation for their completion (IE: if a task has a deadline, setting minimum hours of notice before deadline, etc)
     Define any software needs and if they require setup or access to passwords
     Determine parameters for  for any initial training that may need to be done
     Ask/answer any other pertinent questions

5 . How do I ensure my data is secure with KST?

At KST we ensure your data security by:
     Providing and asking for access to only necessary information
     Using passwords and access controls
     Discussing confidentiality agreements
**All KST VAs sign a mandatory confidentiality agreement as well as a non-compete**

6. Can KST Virtual Assistants work on specific software or tools?

Yes, our VAs are proficient in various software and tools such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Office,  HubSpot, QuickBooks Online (QBO) (Certified), Constant Contact (Certified).

7. What if I’m not satisfied with my Virtual Assistant’s work?

Open communication is key to a successful business relationship between KST and our clients, so if you are unsatisfied at any time, we expect you to notify us clearly so we can address your concerns, and if issues persist, discuss options like finding a replacement or adjusting the work scope.

8. Can I hire a Virtual Assistant for a short-term project?

Yes, we are available for short-term projects or one-off tasks. Contact us to discuss the scope and duration of the project.

9. Do I need to provide training for my Virtual Assistant?

While we are experienced, you may need to provide training specific to your business, processes, or certain software. This will be determined in the initial setup meeting.
